LactoGo lets you optionally record both how your body felt and how you experienced the food. This helps you look back at your own food experiences over time.

It isn't a medical test, diagnosis, or psychological assessment. Your answers are simply your own observations.

You can always skip this step.

Scanned images and scan data are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Do you store my payment details?

No. LactoGo does not store your full payment-card details. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, handles payment processing, subscription billing, applicable taxes, and related payment records. LactoGo only stores the minimum subscription information needed to provide and manage your Premium access.

Where is my LactoGo data stored?

LactoGo's application is currently hosted by Base44, with application data hosted in the US. We minimize the data stored and only retain what is needed to operate your account and provide LactoGo services.

Can I recover a diary entry after deleting it?

Deleted diary entries may not be recoverable. Before deleting an entry, LactoGo shows a confirmation warning that the action cannot be undone and the entry may not be recoverable.

If you confirm deletion, the entry is permanently removed from your diary. We recommend reviewing an entry carefully before choosing to delete it permanently.
